The Port Adelaide Cricket Club community is saddened to hear of the passing of former player and life member Marx Kretschmer.
Marx, the 274th player to feature in the first grade, made 1050 runs at 14.38 with 258 wickets at 18.99.
He was also key figure for the Port Adelaide Football Club, featuring in 6 SANFL premierships.
