Port Adelaide Cricket Club invites all boys and girls aged up to 16 years of age (as at 1st Sept 2017) to our junior cricket program You may be aware of our situation with the SACA last season, however this has been settled and Port Adelaide is here to stay as a stand-alone club at Port Reserve The committee has worked hard to rejuvenate the Junior Program and we are proud to announce the appointment of our new Cricket Director Dean Sayers who will focus on the juniors this coming season. Further redevelopment of our junior program is occurring in our Eyre Peninsula country zone, with the launch of the Freeman/Rolton Academy in August Locally, off-season training for all juniors has commenced, with the next session being Sunday 16th July at 3.30pm at Port Reserve nets, and fortnightly thereafter Pre-Season training is scheduled for Sunday 13th, 20th & 27th August 6 -7pm at Megacourts Indoor Centre Windsor Gardens Pre-season training outdoors will then follow each Tuesday & Thursday at 4.30pm at Port Reserve U12 Shield Trial Dates are Saturday 22nd & 29th July at 8.00am (for 8.30 start) at Port Reserve Ray Sutton Shield (primary school students) - trial date to be advised U17 Shield – trial dates to be advised
